2011 Rappahannock County Farm Tour Weekend Sponsorship Opportunities

More than ever we need your support! We invite you to participate as a sponsor of the Rappahannock County Farm Tour at one of the many levels offered in the attached Sponsorship Form. Benefits for each sponsorship level are described.

As a sponsor, your organization will reach audiences composed of affluent food and wine aficionados and families from the Piedmont, Northern Virginia, and the Greater Washington, D.C. area who are interested in learning more about agriculture, agro-tourism and local foods in our region — as well as practical information they can use in their daily lives and their gardens. A strong media campaign, a vibrant website presence, targeted e-mail communication, signage, marketing materials and event program will carry your message of support for sustainable, green products and lifestyles.

Please join us by sponsoring this marvelous event, which includes your ad in our souvenir program, available both online and on the tour. The region’s local food movement has never been stronger. By partnering together, we will generate awareness and attention sure to positively impact our community and your organization.

Your sponsorship may be transacted one of two ways:
1. To pay by credit card or via a Pay Pal account, select a sponsorship level from the list by clicking on the button that follows each sponsorship level description. You will be taken to a Pay Pal payment and information form. Complete the form and the full payment process. Upon returning to this page, download the sponsorship package below to obtain instructions for submitting an ad.

2. To pay by check, download the sponsorship package below which includes a sponsorship form, an ad submission and specification sheet, and an introduction letter from the chairman. Print out and complete the sponsorship form and return it by mail with a check for the full sponsorship amount.
